Itineraries
Morning Pickup
Time : 5:00 am
Pickup From Your Hotel
Your day starts with a complimentary pick up from your hotel. Pick up time from your Hotel in San Pedro will depend on where your hotel is located, but usually, it is around 5:00 am. Once picked up from your hotel we will drive into town and visit a Belizean deli, Ruby's, where you can get breakfast.
Travel to Belize City
Time : 6:00 am
Water Taxi Boat Ride
At 6:00 am, you will board a boat with San Pedro Belize Water Taxi that takes you to Belize City. The boat ride takes 1-1/2 hours.
Drive to Xunantunich
On Board a Private Vehicle
Upon reaching Belize City, you will board a private vehicle and drive to your destination where you will view the Mayan Temple of Xunantunich. The trip takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
1st Activity: Explore Xunantunich
Now The Fun Begins
You will reach your destination at about 10:00 am. You will first cross the oldest hand ferry in Belize to get to the main site. We then give you a 1hr 45 mins guided tour of the Xunantunich site where you will have a chance to learn about Mayans including their history and also get to climb some breathtaking temples.
Lunch Time
Nourishment After Tour
After exploring the Xunantunich Mayan Site, you will need nourishment. Lunch will be served Belizean style. Let us know if you have a different diet.
Drive to Jaguar Paw
On Board a Private Vehicle
After a delicious Belizean lunch, you will drive 1 hour to Jaguar Paw where you will do Zip lining.
2nd Activity: Zip Lining
And The Fun Continues
Once you get your helmet/hornets and other safety gears on, you will start a few minute's walk to the first platform. You will Zip Line through 8 different lines and 10 Platforms for 45min-1hour. This is all through Belize's lush jungle.
3rd Activity: Cave Tubing
The Fun Continues at Crystal Caves
Crystal Caves is a very different cave system from the regular cave tubing. You hike a little inside the caves, where you will be up close to the formations inside the cave. You will then start by fitting your gear and then take a 20-25 minute easy walk up to the cave entrance. You can have a little swim before going into the caves if you wish. Once at the entrance of the cave, your tour guides will tie the tubes together and float you into the cave for about 1 hour. There you will enjoy seeing the stalagmites and stalactites formations and learn about Xibalba (The Mayan Underground). After you exit the cave system you will still have 30 minutes to float freely down the river.
Head Back Home
Back to Belize City on Private Vehicle
Once we are done at the Crystal Caves it will then be time to drive 1 hour back to Belize City to catch our boat back to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye.
Travel to Ambergris Caye
Time : 4:00 pm
Water Taxi Boat Ride
You will board a boat with San Pedro Belize Water Taxi to go back to Ambergris Caye. The ride takes 1-1/2 hours. You should be back by 5:30 pm.
